I took it to Downtown Auto Body and they made my car look amazing. They were so kind, polite and professional. I didn't even have to deal with the insurance, they handled everything! “I have to admit I was surprised at the excellent service that I received at G & C Auto Body on Commerce Blvd in Rohnert Park. Honestly, This business was not my first choice to have my auto repaired. However, much to my surpise, the entire process starting with the claims agent from Geico Insurance Company was easy and professional with excellent customer care and a great repair to my Chevy Volt. Thanks to Jeff Ballard the General Manager (and his entire staff) for overseeing the entire process. He answered all my questions and kindly and professionally responded to my many phone calls. He made sure that my rental car was ready for me and my car was returned to me in a most timely manner. The repair was terrific with no telltale signs of the damage that was incurred. While I hope that I will not have to go back to G & C Auto Body anytime soon, I would highly recommend them for excellent service, professionalism, and great work.”

He even walked out to check my car model when I couldnt remember what was the exact name. He helped install them for me and gave me advice on what to do with my wipers in the future. “Great job! So far, everything is fine and my new Tesla looks like new. Raven was particularly helpful. Lars didn't always respond in a timely manner. I'm not sure how many projects Lars was juggling, so it could be that he had too much on his plate. Sadly, it took 7 weeks for the repair to be completed, hence the 4 stars rather than 5 stars. It's possible that this wasn't their fault, but due to Tesla part delivery delays. I would recommend them for Tesla body work. Just be patient.”

“This business and the crew which runs it are all considered family to me, they saved my life during a financial disaster when I had accidently dropped a screw in my motorhomes intake manifold which I was living in with my wife and from there on gave me and my wife the place to stay and do the work on the engine. They were more then understanding and there for us while we were struggling, they taught us so much valuable lessons while we had to put in a new engine. I would always recommend them to people if you want not only good work done but want to find good people with your best interests in mind you can trust this business all the way. Ted Green is an awesome guy, he had helped me many times while I was growing up including giving me a job and encouraged me as an artist. TED is also an absolutely amazing airbrush artist if you get your work done by him you won't be disappointed.”
