“We have found our new tech. When you have a Mercedes, your average tech just won't do. That is coming from an auto tech wife. You want someone that knows your import inside and out. This is the place for that. We had our GLK 350 in, this guy told us stuff about our car we didn't even know about! He takes the time to explain what is needed. Very professional. Affordable. We feel he is the best.Side note, we drive over 2 hours for his services.”

“I want to share my experience with Hansel. To start my Service Rep was Anthony Soriano. Anthony's professionalism and customer service was amazing. I went in for a regular oil change and he did not pressure me, like other dealership service centers, to purchase other unnecessary services. I appreciate this way of doing business...customer focussed. An issue arose after my scheduled service that could not be anticipated and Anthony diagnosed the problem in about 10 seconds. He sent my car back to be handled by a technician and once handled sent me off with a thank you and a hand shake...the way it's supposed to be done. My experience at Hansel, thanks to Anthony, is why I have been a customer for 10 years now. Thank you Anthony and thank you Hansel!”

And now through the years the service dept. has always treated us with respect. They are always very pleasant and kind on the phone and in person. ( For example, Brandyn, she always has a smile and is very pleasant to deal with. She explains everything so clear. )The only negative thing I can say is closed on Saturdays, but they deserve to have the weekend off!Those who are not happy with Hansel, maybe they are not happy people inside and they should consider that life is stressful and the more we are kind to others the more it will be reciprocated and they may become happier people to deal with!Thank You Hansel!Dale S.”

“Wow, Hansel Toyota just took every preconceived notion that I had about car dealerships and threw them out the window! You know, the pushy sales people; the dealership trying to ring you dry or up-sell at every corner...and so on... I experienced NONE of that. I live in SF, drove up to Petaluma to purchase a new RAV4, and I would do so again in a heartbeat. Protip: just do your homework, have a general idea of what you're looking for, so that you can walk in a dealership confident and avoid being nervous or on the defensive. Treat the employees at the dealership as you would want to be treated, after all, they're human beings just trying to do their jobs, like you! Be kind and that will go A LONG WAY. “WOW!! This place really lives up to all the 5 star reviews. My car was done so quickly and it was cleaned and washed up so nicely when they were finished! The new bumper repair is nearly unnoticeable, you can only tell it's not the original when you see the metallic flake in bright sunlight goes a bit of a different shade than the body. That's to be expected though, from any body shop. The guy in the office is also very nice, friendly and personable. I will definitely return when/if I need more body work.”
