“While traveling through Santa Rosa, we had the rear window broken out of our Jeep Grand Cherokee L after 7pm. We called Reliable at 8am the next morning; they ordered glass, came to our hotel and wrapped the back of the SUV (it was raining) we drove over to their shop and they installed the new glass and had us on our way by 3:15 the same day.

“called Complete Automotive about a blown head gasket on my 2013 Corolla, and they gave me honest advice right away. That replacing a head gasket on a 200,000-mile engine is like putting an old man’s top half on a baby’s bottom lol. They recommended an engine swap instead.
I called on a Wednesday, and by the following Wednesday they had already ordered a used engine, completed the engine swap, and even took care of a transmission service, tail light, and flat tire. Great speed, great service, and I really appreciate their straightforwardness and honesty. Highly recommend — 5 out of 5.”

Mike and his crew are very patient and cooperative in the estimate stages, working with all parties involved / insurance agencies in an expedited manner. “This was our second time taking our vehicle to this location. We had a very positive experience so we returned for additional work needed. Brian is very professional and knowledgeable with our Audi. Not many mechanics are skilled and comfortable working on our car. He is an active listener when it comes to discussing any issues we are having with our car.
His prices are very reasonable and he works in a very efficient manner. Definitely someone we could trust. A+!!!”

“I had two friends recommend Josh to me! He’s very friendly, honest, and works efficiently. I came in for a wheel bearing issue at 8am - by 9am he let me know which tire it was and that he was able to fix it day of because he already had the part. My car now runs good as new. This is the second shop I brought my car in for this problem, and the first shop was unable figure out what it was. I left Bevan Auto very pleased with the quality of customer service and work done to my car!”

I came in for a full transmission service, including drain and refill on the transmission, transfer case, front and rear differential. These guys were solid from start to finish. They worked with me, let me bring my own fluids, and only charged me for the labor. No games, no upselling, no attitude. Just straight work done the right way.
Turnaround time was fast, price was fair, and they treated me with respect. Hard to find shops like that anymore. I’d definitely come back and I’d recommend them to anyone who wants honest work without getting ripped off.”
“Took my 2017 Civic in for some maintenance and they were able to get it in no problem and were priced very competitively. They even made me aware of some other issues that needed attention and I was able to get those fixed before they became a bigger problem.
What put them in top tier in terms of service was being able to offer me a loaner vehicle while my car was getting worked on. That, combined with their techs thorough inspection, likely saved me over $1000.
I would recommend this place to anyone with a Honda-manufactured vehicle and they are now my go-to shop for getting maintenance done. Thank you everyone at the shop!”

“Repair was great. Only issue was when I picked up my truck the drivers side rear tire was low. Upon inspection there was a large screw in the tire that was not there when o dropped the truck off. I had to have them put air in the tire so I could drive to a tire shop to have tire repaired.”

“Xander cooked me a salmon dinner while my 07 Fj Cruiser TRD PRO 4wd with the optional electronic rear locker from factory in the launch color Voodoo Blue and close to 300k miles was being serviced. I had taken it to 2 other shops for alignment and Xandar with his knowledge still guessed correctly that old blue wasn't done proper. The team here finally got her set straight, with the addition of rotating the tires.
I also asked about bringing my 83 2500 for a tune up and they have a guy for old school work too!”
