“This place had the best selection out of the four places we visited this week. We found the sofa bed loveseat we'd been looking for. He was helpful and multi-tasked (so often we saw staff was busy and they couldn't even acknowledge we were there) He knew the measurements of the sofa from the top of his head as well as available colors. We paid a fair price that included delivery. We could have maybe found a little less expensive online but my mother-in-law got to sit on it and decide it was good. Being able to come and try sofas out in person was priceless. He was so kind and a pleasure to work with. Great store.”

“It was a pleasure working with John McGreggor at the Windsor location. He was very patient with my questions and did a thorough job answering my questions. I now have the knowledge of what is important in a mattress for being a side sleeper. He did a great job explaining the importance of support on all my pressure points and helped me make my decision to go ahead with a latex option with a topper. It’s only been a day and I’ve already told a couple friends about what I found, and the dude that helped me out. He wasn’t only educated and patient, but was very kind. I realized I kept him a quarter past their closing time and I had no idea until I left the store and saw the time. It didn’t feel like I was in there that long. Sleep city is a great place. It’s also locally owned. I won’t need a mattress for 20 years now but my kids will and John’s the man. Thank you again it was easy writing this review to a well deserved guy and a company who obviously takes pride in having the right people working for them.”

“I was shopping for a "mattress upgrade" for my 16-year-old son, who has been sleeping on a too-short twin bed for years, and I always prefer to shop locally at small businesses if possible. Fortunately, Lori's Half-Price Mattress came up in a web search, and I called the number right away. Lori met us at her conveniently located showroom in downtown Sebastopol, where she also maintains a small warehouse so that she can provide in-stock items for same-day delivery when possible. She was helpful and attentive, and she had a lot of helpful advice for finding my son the best mattress for his needs. She also has a policy of recommending affordable mattresses before moving on to higher-priced items, so she is clearly very honest and interested in helping her customers. I have already recommended Lori to friends in the area.”
