She also works with a highly skilled artistic goldsmith/Jewler, who knows how to create complex designs quickly, and is also trust worthy! We were able to have the complete ring made in only 2 months! The ring literally brought me to tears! The owner Altaf is a kind & caring perfectionist business owner, who goes above and beyond for each and every customer! No wonder his business is expanding! Hope he never loses his personal and caring approach to his business, as it paid off with us! We will be returning customer for sure! “Can't say enough nice things about this place. Called within an hour of them closing to see if they would be able to adjust the band on my Yachtmaster, and the lady on the phone was super friendly and accommodating. Showed up 15 minutes before they were scheduled to close, and met the same lady in the store who took the watch, examined it, we sized my wrist, and then she went in the back to work on it. She came out a few minutes later with the extra links in a bag, and the watch fit perfectly. She did all of this complementary, but the entire time treated me the same as a customer who was spending tens of thousands on a watch. I didn't catch her name, but was just thoroughly impressed with her, so thank you very much if you read this!! Also, the store has a very nice selection that I was able to oogle while she was working on my watch!”

“I stopped twice at Morgan’s to try on some watches and let me tell you, the people there are amazing. The first time Melissa helped me with some GMTs and she went above and beyond showing me pieces and comparing them to help me decide. The second time Krystle spent time with me and she was just as helpful. Both Krystle and Melissa are extremely nice, super friendly and knowledgeable. They are renovating their store and everything is looking beautiful already. Can’t wait to see how everything will look like soon. If you are on the hunt for your perfect and personal timepiece or some jewelry, I can’t imagine a better place than Morgan’s.”

“I needed a new battery for an old watch. Yesterday, I Googled 'watch repair del amo' and received this result. I selected Watch City for the high rating. Max and Rafi are pleasant and thorough. I waited less than five minutes for the watch to get repaired.It cost 25 dollars. Reasonable.”

“I went in for a clasp repair on a necklace and Bridget was very helpful from the get-go. She did her best to be accommodating for time, but unfortunately I was only visiting for a short while and was unable to get my necklace repaired there. I’m certain they would have done a wonderful job, and they have the necessary equipment on-site. I went to Michigan a few days later and today I went into a jewelry store where I was quoted twice the price that I was given at Finley’s! I was pretty shocked that there could be such a disparity. When I asked at the Michigan store I visited if they would return the original clasp (18k white gold) they said ‘oh, I guess if you want it back we’ll do that.’ ~ surprising considering that it’s quite literally worth its weight in gold! Moral of the story - go to Finley’s and have a pleasant experience with qualified jewellers. ??”

“I've nothing to complain about with customer service! I'm a huge fan of the pens!! In my job I use a pen in front of customers and I just love these! However..... I have two of the "stardust ballpoint" style (they are beautiful) but the 'clip' on both has come loose/broken I'm writing to the company and returning the pens... I believe a company should know from genuine customers about how any product survives general wear and tear! Wish me luck!!”

“I ordered a watch from them through Amazon. After that I saw these google reviews I was pretty freaked out thinking maybe I was scammed ( their price was about 100 lower then most retail stores ). They shipped my watch the next day, using 2 day and I promptly received the watch. It arrived brand new and in perfect working order. I really don't see what all these reviewers are talking about. The only thing I would note is this is a "Grey Market" seller and the watch manufacture will likely not honor any warranty. That said, you save a bunch of money upfront. I'm happy with my purchase and what was received.”
