“I live down the street from Short Stop so I go there frequently. Ray, the owner and Bill are awesome folks. Its a family like atmosphere in there just talking and joking around. They are a little pricey but basically have everything I need there.”

All I can say is the Owner or whomever it was my Mom met in this, store Skylark Market must be the most humblest, sweetest caring person anyone can meet. Mother was helped the best of her life and complimented with a little extra, her favorite candy. Tears came to her eyes and mine. “There are a lot of dollar stores in Rosamond, this particular branch is the best one. The employees are always very friendly, the customer service is excellent and I'm always happy when I leave. I live clear on the opposite side of Rosamond, I'll happily drive past the two other dollar stores any day of the week to visit this one simply because of the people that work there.”

“Check cashing via westWestern Union done here the place is kind of cramped but it has a huge selection of essentials and great prices on the beverages I haven't tried any but I believe that there is a huge selection of alcohol as wellDefinitely worth the stop. one star off cause the lines are always long”

“Great place for a quick stop if you actually sign up for the rewards program. It so happens they are open 24 hrs a day and a lot of the night attendants are friendly regardless of how late or really early you show up. Don't bother without rewards they are too expensive otherwise”
“I haver never had a bad experience at this store it’s a shame they allow people drugged around inside the store just a big no for me they shouldn’t allow it when someone goes in but breaks a bottle outside of the store and still goes inside if they’re not in there right mind they shouldn’t be allowed you can refuse service it’s that simple I don’t know if it’s just me but if kids are around and they are people shopping it’s just a big no from me”

“Love this store! Allows us to feed our family of four with healthy and yummy food on a tight budget. If I had one complaint it would be that the produce can be kind of hit or miss on freshness but I think that can be anywhere. Devon is my favorite cashier, he always has a smile and a joke.
