“J&J Body Shop is the kind of business that is rare in today's economy. They are genuinely nice people, honest, and sincerely caring about their customers. My experience today with J&J has left me feeling great, happy, and lucky to have chosen to interact with them.
I had a mishap last night in a parking lot that left two parts of my right front fender separated by several inches. There wasn't much damage to the metal, but it definitely couldn't be left the way it was. I drove to J&J without an appointment, and Nick came out to check it out. He told me that it could be put back together, and they could try to buff out the scrapes as much as possible. It would take an hour and be about $250. He told me that as an alternative, they could get new pieces and completely reconstruct the fender for about $1,400. Nick and I agreed that the more expensive option didn't make sense for my 2019 Santa Fe. He had someone who could work on it if I wanted to wait in the waiting room for an hour.
Soon after Nick took the car inside, he came out to the waiting room to tell me it wasn't going to take as long as he first thought, so it would be closer to $200. Since I had prepared myself for the higher amount, that sounded great.
15 minutes later, Nick came out to tell me they were able to get it done quickly, the car was outside, and there would be no charge. No charge! I was ready to spend $250, yet this amazing company decided that for what they had to do, there would be no charge. And the repair they did looks terrific! You really have to look up close to see anything at all. Who does that?
To say that I highly recommend J&J for any and all body work is an understatement. Their talent, their honesty, and their integrity is hard to find in the business world. I will be telling all my friends and family about J&J, and I can tell you that if you ever need their services, you don't have to look any further than J&J in Roseville.”

“We've had a myriad of issues with our older Toyota RAV4 SUV that's been otherwise amazing and reliable until a few months ago. A friend referred me to GM Specialities and spoke highly of their customer service, great craftsmanship, honesty, integrity, knowledge, and efficiency.
I didn't hesitate to call and had the pleasure of speaking to their general manager, KC. He was every bit as amazing as I've heard.
Unlike other shops that have little to no customer service and want to get you in for a diagnostic appointment at any cost, he was gracious and kind enough to educate me on potentially preventing further damage to the vehicle. While we were hoping it was salvageable, I didn't want to do anything to possibly worsen the situation. Our car has been golden until the alternator, battery, and radiator went out back to back. We did a slightly overdue tuneup and replaced the ignition coils and spark plugs. Unfortunately, it's had a misfire issue we couldn't get to the bottom of. He instructed me to have it towed to the shop and not to drive it as we could potentially ruin the catalytic converter or engine.
KC was able to get us in for an appointment the following day, and their diagnostic estimate pricing is far better than any dealer, and they do a much better job.
Unfortunately, a blown head gasket was our fate, but I'm glad we finally have concrete answers so my family can move on and purchase another reliable and safe vehicle that we'll love and make memories with.
It's clear the shop employees are well educated and taken care of, and I wouldn't hesitate to bring our other vehicle in any time. Great, reliable mechanics have become more and more difficult to find these days. Have faith and trust they'll do great quality, honest work, and do you right.
Remember at the end of the day, life happens, and while some things are outside of our control, your best bet is to always stay on top of routine car maintenance to ensure the maximum life and safety of your vehicle. Routine oil changes and scheduled maintenance are easily forgotten, but your car and checkbook will thank you later!”

“Dobson's German auto service is a great place to take your vehicle. I bought a used BMW X3 that had a couple service lights on. I brought it in for diagnostics. I explained to them all I needed was a diagnostics. They were very nice about it. They diagnose my vehicle and figured out everything I needed to replace. They were very nice about me just coming in for a diagnostics only. In the past I've had issues with shops not wanting to diagnose my vehicle because they want to do the work on it. These guys were great I highly recommend you take your vehicle here. If you have a German car these guys know their stuff.”
