“I visited Kohls 6/2026 to return an online purchase, in which the purchases and returns were combined at Customer Checkout near front of store. I’ve always enjoyed shopping at Kohl’s Southern and Northern California. They always have great sales inside the stores and online, and each customer service personnel has always been knowledgeable and helpful. I would always recommend them as long as they maintain quality merchandise and customer service.”

“While this store may be a little dirty and disorganized, but it’s no different than any other Marshall’s I’ve ever been to. The other customers are usually pushy and rude, but the employees at checkout have always been very friendly.”
“The Daiso store inside Westfield Galleria at Roseville is the same as most of the Daiso stores in the Sacramento area. It has many unique and useful inexpensive products throughout the store. Many people, including myself, love to shop here. The store is very popular with many customers every day. The employees here are fast and friendly.”

“Macy's at the Westfield Galleria is a solid, reliable anchor store. It’s massive, well-organized, and generally has a great selection across the board.
I usually head to the men's department when I need to grab some new activewear or casual clothes, but this store is also an absolute lifesaver when I need to track down a nice gift for Britney. The fragrance and beauty counters on the first floor always have a ton of options, and the staff is typically very helpful if you need a quick recommendation.
Like most major department stores, the checkout lines can get a little backed up on the weekends, but the store is kept clean and it's incredibly convenient to have right here in Roseville.”
“So I’ve been going to this Roseville Burlington since October. The LP was always nice. Well ever since an incident happened 19th of February 2025 her attitudes has changed. For about a few days now she will not welcome me in. She actually just ignores me and doesn’t speak to me. I’ve noticed her (R) saying hi welcome in to people before me or after me. We did have an issue where she thought she is a boss telling me and another lady we will never get another blanket. The new GM is going to have a new policy on certain blankets she stated. I just believe she needs to learn her job is Loss Prevention not trying to control what people buy there. She goes in back of stock room and I know what’s happening back there. If you Burlington want the whole situation please contact me. This LP needs to be retrained or put at Walmart to be a greeter. Thanks”

“I had the best experience ever with “V” in the men’s suit department. He did a great job giving me recommendations on what would fit well and even sized me and got me into the best fitting suit. I cannot remember the last time I had that level of customer service provided to me. He was very nice and professional to me and my wife.”
“Easy shopping no sales pressure, price was reduced on a sale so was very desirable, we bought a new loveseat, delivered on time, only not giving 5 stars as delivery guy was pushing a bit much to sign off before I could thoroughly test all options. We will go back when next need arises.”

“It's a very good place to find men's clothing at reasonable prices.Some stores even have a clearance aisle. The only thing I don't like very much. Is there selection of shoes? They're a little bit high for what they are not very stylish. Tennis shoes from twenty 1 to thirty nine dollars. They also have a selection of frying pans that are pretty good.Ten to about twenty five dollars”

“My mom was in a situation where she needed a change of clothes ASAP, so I chose some pants quickly and went to checkout. A wonderfully kind employee ringing me up, named Henry, asked what the occasion was. I quietly told her the situation at hand and she INSTANTLY rushed to go help me find what other items I would need for my mom. She was a very comforting and safe presence for this predicament, and I appreciate her going above and beyond to help out my mom and I get everything we needed. She even helped me find the right general sizes since I had no idea, and they worked out great. Thank you so much, Henry!! You are a life saver!!!!!”

“We were checked out by an employee named Hannah. We came in around 9 at night, close to closing. It is a hard time to stay with customers at this time when it is time to close. She stayed with us and tried to help us resolve our card issues. We were here for over 40 minutes. It seemed like there was a system failure within the target registers. She kept a positive attitude, and despite our stresses with our financials, she rescanned 200+ dollars worth of items a second time just to see if she could fix the system. And outside of just scanning our items, she displayed generosity, kindness, and patience I have never seen within an employee. If i could give her 10 stars, I would. It is employees like her that make this world a better place. The kindness and customer service she portrayed was beyond anything I have ever experienced not just at a target, but any grocery store. I hope she receives the pay she deserves, as well as the many other good things she may deserve in her life. She is truly an amazing person, and employee. We need more people like her.”

“Been going to this target for years always has great customer service and is mostly clean. The app is accurate and the order pickups always come fast. My son loves talking to Cobe up front about video games, very nice young man. My only gripe has to be people out in the parking lot. There's always homeless and people trying to sell me stuff, other than that it's a really nice store would recommend this location.”

“Sometimes things go wrong and it can’t be fixed quickly. But when people go out of their way to make things right, it is impressive! Nordstrom, and in particular the store manager and Melissa, could not have been more spectacular. I had some alterations done and the clothes were not handled well within the store but Missy and Melissa went out of their way to make this customer happy and hand delivered the items. Just outstanding customer service!”
