“My daughter and her friends went to this thrift store, and there were so many expensive clothes like brandy,Lululemon, Zara, etc. AND THEY WERE ALL SOLD FOR AROUND 10-20 DOLLARS!! She got 6 items of clothing for 68 dollars, and if we went to the actual stores, it would have been 6 items of clothing for 300 dollars! Im definitely coming back here for the rest of my daughters shopping spree days!! Would 100% recommend”

“So I’ve been going to this Roseville Burlington since October. The LP was always nice. Well ever since an incident happened 19th of February 2025 her attitudes has changed. For about a few days now she will not welcome me in. She actually just ignores me and doesn’t speak to me. I’ve noticed her (R) saying hi welcome in to people before me or after me. We did have an issue where she thought she is a boss telling me and another lady we will never get another blanket. The new GM is going to have a new policy on certain blankets she stated. I just believe she needs to learn her job is Loss Prevention not trying to control what people buy there. She goes in back of stock room and I know what’s happening back there. If you Burlington want the whole situation please contact me. This LP needs to be retrained or put at Walmart to be a greeter. Thanks”

I always enjoy shopping at Nordstrom Rack! This store has an amazing selection of clothing, shoes, accessories, handbags, and even cosmetics and skincare products. There’s something for everyone, and it’s easy to find stylish items at great prices.
One of my favorite things about this store is the variety of brands and the constant new arrivals. Every visit feels like a fun treasure hunt because you can always discover something unique and high quality.
The store is clean, well organized, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The shoe and accessories sections are especially impressive — so many beautiful options to choose from!
Definitely one of the best places to shop for fashion, beauty, and great deals. Highly recomm”

“We’ve rented 2 separate tuxedos on 2 separate occasions with Lupe. Both times she exceeded expectations with a customer service. We had to FaceTime my son and get measurements from him and Lupe did a wonderful job figuring out what he needed. She recommended the type of tux which was a Michael Kors one with cooling technology since we were going to be in Italy and it was humid. She got us the tuxes early and took care of everything after we got back, she even gave us extra clips to go over the buttons, just in case some were lost! Lupe has a great sense of humor and is lovely to talk with also. All of those dresses and crowns in her store are beautifully kept up and taken care. Any time we need a tux, we will always go to Lupe!”

“Honestly I wouldn't ever write a review about a Spencer's in a mall but I had a situation where I had to call corporate customer service and manage a whole ordeal. They were extremely helpful and super kind! My problem wasn't even that big of a deal but they took the most extreme diligence and timeliness taken care of it. It actually felt pretty refreshing to get legitimate genuine help from people who care. And it wasn't even that big of a deal. It was awesome!
And, the second time I went in there to do my whole exchange thing that I had to deal with, they let me take advantage of a super great deal that I missed the first time so I was really grateful that I actually got to get the matching set for everything and I only had to spend a dollar more LOL. I love when mistakes made are transformed into my benefit! LOL

“I love this store. I don't like to be bothered while I'm shopping so I don't mind that the associates are busy doing other things. When I can't find something I want they help me order it online. They are always running a sale so I don't know about $70 tank tops (comment below). I also am a cardholder so I get coupons and deals weekly. I have a couple outerwear pieces that I've had for years. They never go out of style and they are still a fantastic quality. I also find it hilarious that this lady posted about not being able to come in because she didn't have a mask on. Are you stupid? It's not discrimination if it's state-mandated. You are exactly what is wrong with this country right now.”

“Terra-cotta boutiques has multiple locations. None are as well run and managed in the fountains location. The sales people are always helpful. As you enter the store you are greeted by name!! Who does that??? Additionally, the sales professionals always offer additional suggestions to the outfit.
