“This is an amazing program for kids. They give back to the community by having bike trips for kids who can't afford bikes or whose parents can't take the on bike rides. They also have an internship program that I worked at the Re-Cyclery Bike Shop- I would recommend to do this internship because I learned so much this summer by working at thier bike store. You can donate your bikes to the Re-Cyclery Bike Shop and it will benefit the kids in the community.”
“This place is a lifesaver and we appreciate the volunteers so much! My husband needed a walker, shower transfer chair, and a commode and we were able to pick these items up for free with one trip. Now that we're done with them, we cleaned them thoroughly and gave them back. We saved hundreds of dollars vs buying all of these items new. THANK YOU!!”

“The stylist Johnny was very helpful and I was treated like a queen. I didn't need any pants so I was able to pick a bunch of dresses to try on and he helped me pick a real pretty brasserie that is flesh tone and a couple pairs of body shaper shorts to wear under the two dresses and I got a white botton down shirt and a very stylish pair of pumps with a modest heel and two pairs of silky stockings and three oversized shirts by Atletha for workout or casual clothes and jewelry; a pair of emerald teardrop earrings and a hand made beaded necklace with my birthstone and beautiful natural green pearls and amatrine beads and a bracelet that has amber beads and a keychain that matches the bracelet.i also get three pairs of underwear and three pairs of socks and a beautiful grass green silk scarf and a super soft woven by hand scarf and a black blazer with a zipper. And one more thing, I got to pick a purse a chose a nice backpack that matches everything.”

“Wow! This was way beyond our expectations. This sailboat is a beauty and is maintained in a pristine condition. And the crew was phenomenal, gentle, engaged, and hard working. Yes, it’s a lot of hard work to maneuver the sail and negotiate cross winds. We were lucky as the weather on the mild side, with sun out, water cobalt blue and serene. As the sun was setting in, the boats, birds, and moon for an amazing experience. Highly highly recommended.”

“I had the great fortune of attending Sausalito's 4th of July Parade this year. I haven't been to one of these celebrations in 30+ years. And man oh man, what a festive affair it was! It was almost like something out of a Norman Rockwell painting with the different parade floats, community leaders, and town characters. And you definitely can't beat the CAL Marching Band's performance. Loved how it was family-friendly, dog-friendly, and just so well organized. Not too many places you can go on 4th of July (or any day of the year), and chow down on $5 jumbo hot dogs. And if dogs aren't your thing, I loved how they were also serving up vegan cous cous bowls. Only in Marin, right?! Everyone had a smile on their face. This is truly a not-to-be-missed annual tradition. Thank you Sausalito Chamber of Commerce and all your hard-working volunteers for putting this event together for the community. I had a freakin' blast!”
“Love this space. There are two warm and cozy rooms to attend recovery meetings, a kitchen which offers great meals are lat reasonable prices, and a large shaded patio in the back to hold larger gatherings.”

“I have been going to this clinic for 5 years. They are better than any MD. They spend all the time needed with you to help you understand what you need to know and feel better. And everyone at this facility is very friendly. Also, sympathetic to your individual needs. I think very highly of this organization. Thank you for all you do! And God Bless! UPDATE! June 11th! I would like to add, for the last several months every time I call the clinic no one answers the phone. No matter how many times a day I call. And I don’t call unless it is absolutely necessary.”

“They are so loving with the dogs and cats. My new cat did not want to leave with me. She stuffed herself in a small basket and refused to come out. They have alot of volunteers coming through and recording their play time with them: petting, just giving some attention. When I left, I did not feel bad for the others left behind. They were very happy”

“My husband and I have been very impressed with the Schurig Center and it's services. My husband attends a computerized program for improving and maintaining cognitive skills twice a week for the past several months. It has been a godsend for him. He has brain cancer and a stroke and has significant deficits in cognition and memory. I attend a caregiver support group once a month. Unlike the other reviewer, we have enjoyed excellent service and response to his needs. I am so sorry this other family had such a different experience.”
“Beautiful gallery featuring local artists. Note that there is more art downstairs than just in the street level gallery!I was walking by when I saw the current photography exhibit ‘Photographic Essence’ in the main gallery. I went in to check it out. It is very nicely curated collection of black and white photographs.I wasn’t aware that there are artists’ studios downstairs! There is lot more to see in artists’ studios and hallways. Make sure you check it out!!”
