“5 Stars for Drew who helped me pick out my first printer! He was very knowledgeable about all of the printers and gave me some pros and cons a of each one. I also like how he called me mam which I never hear from other stores. 4 stars for the wait in checkout. Waited about 10 minutes with which isn't horrible just there wasn't a lot of people in front of me and nobody coming to help with the lines.”

109 Spring Hill Dr, Grass Valley CA 95945
“Very poor customer service when contacting by phone; rep could barely speak English. Cannot call or be transferred to the local office directly only a customer service center located who-knows-where, so impossible to resolve the delivery issue. Massively annoying! Yet, when I went to the store in person, everything the customer service rep told me over the phone was incorrect and my issue was resolved very satisfactorily.”

“Visited this post office today to pick up some packages and acquire keys to my mailbox. Was in and out in 15 minutes. The representative was incredibly helpful in acquiring my keys, helping me to update my address and even helped to bring out my heavy package.”

“5 stars for this visit ONLY. An employee named Brian helped me today and he was kind, helpful, and fast. I haven’t been treated this well here in so long I don’t remember because I will do anything to avoid visiting this PO. I am normally met with impatience, eye rolling, and condescension. Why not have this guy do the training!? Thank you for being a positive addition to my day.”
