I needed a watch band adjustment, which he did in a truly skillful way, handling my watch with a lot of care, he was truly focused on doing a great job. He also gave me some great advice for my watch, which I truly appreciated. The kind of service I received today reminded me of the way the Polish writer Jan Dobraczyński in his book "The Shadow of the Father" described how skillful St. Joseph was at his craft. “After reading some Yelp reviews, we took my wife's wedding ring to Alberto to look at the loose solitary diamond. He showed us how the prongs had worn down causing the problem. He created new prongs that were stronger and completed in two days. Excellent work. While we were talking, he noticed my gold chain bracelet and upon looking at it, pointed out the ring that had worn through and split. He is replacing it along with a new clasp. Highly recommend his service.”

“Normally I would never go to a kiosk type place in the mall to have my watch serviced, but all I needed was a couple of links taken out of a new watch. Hosseim was fantastic! While he was taking out the links in my watch I saw one in the case that I really liked. Tried it on and knew it was the better choice than the one I brought it to have shortened. Hosseim included the size adjustment in the cost of the new watch and did not charge me for taking out and then putting back in the links on the watch I brought in to him. I will definitely go back for all my watch needs!”
