“Cynthia is a wizard at finding an order when there is a typo in the system. Back story to this review: I had ordered a vanity, and brushed nickel faucet from the showroom for my customer, was told that it will be in, in about a week and half. The week and a half was up, and I had the day prior to find where in the world my vanity is, and they couldn't find it. The next day I popped in and Cynthia totally kicked butt, found the order in no time at all. And like that I was going on about my day. You rock Cynthia.”

We met Rose at a home fair in Lodi and decided on one design but changed out mind to wanting something with a cover & ceiling fan. Rose helped me pick out a whole other design. She came our mapped out where it would be in our back yard and explained all the details. The Nor Cal Grills team was professional and prompt to responding to my many questions. I highly recommend them.”

“This is one of my favorite stores , please keep in mind the company I work for do alots of business like a ton of business, and probably we get the special treatment, but my experience has being excellent .The customer service is excellent every time , and every day .Plus points to the store they have the hotdogs and sodas so you can always have a bit to eat.Parking there is plenty of parking even wen busy the parking lot is big .Knowledgeable staff and always willing to help ,If they dont have something they can order it for you.I have seen regular average joe walk in the store and being help and gwt what their were looking for so that says a lot .”
“So I already left review for this location a few years back but I stand by my 100% review. The people in self checkout are so diligent (sorry thieves) and assisted helping me with items without barcode. A lovely young woman by the name of Kyra left her normal post to assist me load car since loaders were backed up. I have lung cancer and get winded easy and hate asking for help but I didn't have to. She pushed my cart loaded my car and refused to take a cash tip so I feel I at least owe calling her out by name as I totally dumped my troubles on this poor young girl and she listened and actually cared. I can't say enouhh to about this location. I've been to most of the Home Depot's in the area and this one by far is best which is why I drive out of my way to shop exclusively here instead of one by my house”
“Clean, well lit. Employees were helpful and friendly. They took my paint order and got it ready for me while I went to the bathroom. Bathrooms were clean, stocked, no issues. After picking up a few more items, I went back to pick up the paint and checked out. Practically no wait in line (1 person ahead of me but it went quickly). Got everything I need and had no problems. “I have been meaning to post this for several months! I have had the best experiences working with the Power Inn Rd. Home Depot in Sacramento. My most recent project was having two doors installed. I bought a front door; and the other door had to be made for my hot water heater closet. The doors are perfect. The installer was also professional and did an excellent job. If you are shopping for doors, ask for Sterling! Also, see if you can request Jesse to install them. Both Sterling and Jesse were a blessing to me! I would like to add that when I have called the store with a question, the personnel have always been knowledgeable and polite. The Power Inn store is my Home Depot!!”
“I like ordering on line because if rizza is working customer service desk she always makes sure your order is ready and right and she will go out of her way to help any customer,no if she's not there it's going to be a line but you'll get your order right just going to take a few 10-30 minutes”
“I am very happy with Home Depot on Truxel. They are always very helpful. Especially Eddie at the customer service desk. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because there is usually no help on the floor except the flooring department. The employee that is usually in the flooring department is always greeting with a warm smile and is very helpful.”
