Online it says 3 times are in stock, then I go in person and the area where they would be is unorganized. Ask an employee and they don’t know where it is, I end up finding it after searching the store.

Josiah is outstanding! His calm and very professional demeanor went a long way as he helped me through my phone issues. He gave thorough recommendations and helped me understand what I needed to do. Customer Service isn't lost on him. Best Buy is lucky to have him on staff.
