I explained that I’ve owned several Apple Watch models before and always swam with them. He confirmed that it was completely fine and that the watches are designed for that, which immediately made me feel better.
He took my watch in for diagnostics and explained that the technicians would check everything, and that I might even receive a replacement if necessary. Throughout the entire conversation he was positive, polite, and very professional.
