“We bought a Juniper QFX5100 from Brightstar last year and were happy with the unit. The switch died on us and we didnt have a hot spare on the shelf so we reached out to Brightstar to see if they had the same model in stock with the right licences. Not only did they have it in stock with the right licences but they covered the cost of replacing and shipping us a new one under warranty as we were within 1 year. The switch arrived quickly and we were able to swap it out and restore services. Highly recommend Brightstar as they have blown us away with Great customer service, and good prices and stock.”

“I recently visited this location with a sister friend who was purchasing a computer monitor, as we walked in the store she spotted the one she was interested which was right in the front of the store, as she inspected the item , a young man Adrian came right over to help us , he grabbed the item , took it to the register, helped my friend reinstate her Best Buy account and helped us to the car with the Monitor! In and Out in less than 12 minutes ... Outstanding customer service, friendly and knowledgeable! My sister friend also left her driver license at the register and he called her right away so she could double back before we hit the highway , He came outside as she pulled up and brought the license which was awesome because she recently had hip surgery , so a lot of walking can be a little much for her... Give that young man raise!! Would I patronize this location again, absolutely ! The prices are good and outstanding Customer service is everything !”

“To address the not-so-elephant in the room...We ALL can agree the wait time in every Apple Store sucks! Idk what sucks more Apple Store wait time or the DMV? But to alleviate this long wait time, all you need to do is book an appointment online and this "long wait time" isn't that big of deal. Sooooo... My 4 star rating is clearly for the customer service I received from team associate, Ashley on Sunday 11/26/23 around 1100. Ashley was super professional, knowledgeable and personable. She was so efficient in helping me with the purchase of a new IPhone 15. I came in with no real intention of purchasing a new phone but she made things so easy that I ended up purchasing a new phone on the spot. The transferring of information from my old phone to my new phone was so quick and easy. She made sure our purchase smooth and flawless. From start to finish were done within 30 minutes or so. Only thing that took long was transferring the info from my old phone to new phone. I'm so happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend that if you need to come in to the store for Apple assistance, be sure to come in to see Ashley, she is straight up no BS and can help you with the quickness.”
