“I can only speak for my own experiences, but I don't understand the negative reviews posted here for this branch. I've had nothing short of great customer experience here. Prior to moving to Safe, I was a Wells Fargo customer for over 6 years (when I had gotten my first job), and they were nothing but a pain to deal with it. I jumped on the credit Union bandwagon because WF was charging me up the you-know-what with fees, not releasing my funds, and their online banking was not always 100% accurate. Safe Credit Union has provided me exactly what I was looking for in a bank, and I feel like they are more welcoming and overall accommodating to their members.”

“I recently went into the Bradshaw Branch of the Sacramento Credit Union for a routine matter. The Branch Manager, Veronica Anguiano, and the teller listened to my concerns about a previous computer hack. They reviewed my loans and accounts and made recommendations that saved me about $350 per month. The teller also gave my dog treats and made me feel they care. That is why I continue to use the Sacramento Credit Union for my banking needs. I wish I remembered to write down the teller name. Veronica and her staff supported me through the entire process and made the transition easy. Thank you so much for watching out for me.”

“I always have a great experience whenever I visit this branch. The bank tellers are consistently professional, friendly, and very understanding. Just like today, Jan 16 2024, one of the tellers was exceptionally kind and professional. She listened to my concerns and answered all my questions with patience and emotional intelligence. With that said, I do agree with others that the lines can be extremely long with not enough tellers. One time I waited for 30-45 minutes and it wasn’t fun, but I watched Youtube while waiting. When it was my turn, the teller was kind and professional while assisting me.”

We had gone earlier to the one in west sac and the assistant branch manager would not let us scan the QR code. 5 stars for Arena branch and 0 ,ZERO for west sac assistant manager”
“This review is for my experiences with Sacramento credit union in general, not just this location. I have been a long-time member originally with Kai Perm credit union for kaiser employees. However, when Sacramento credit union took over, I kept my account with them . I don't really have any complaints and have a checking & savings account with them . I had a $1000 CD, which i kept open for years. I have had two auto loans with them , I co-signed for my sons personal loan, and I obtained a second on my home. The location here is easy to access when serving on a jury , I used to frequent the Morse location when I worked in the area but now I use the Elk Grove branch as it is close to my home. I appreciate the hours they are open as well as the call center, which you are easily able to speak to a live person without jumping through hoops. Unlike the big banks who you can rarely speak to a live person both in branch or over the phone.”

I discovered that the new check books I had ordered several weeks before had apparently been stolen either from my mail box or the post office. When I reported the forgeries, Golden One representative, Zer Thao, efficiently and effectively dealt with the forgeries, arranging for the prompt return of my stolen cash and the opening of a new account. Three cheers for Zer and Golden One!”
