The staff are described as some of the most helpful, professional, polite, and friendly, providing excellent customer service that made moves less stressful. Customers report a smooth transition from app to counter and an easy, efficient process at pickup and return. The equipment comes as described, clean and well-maintained. While the app can present difficulties, the in-person service handles business with a great attitude, contributing to what some call their best U-Haul experience.
Over all the experience was great. Suggest that website be updated. Was unable to adjust pick up times. Hold times on phone were longer than expected. In person customer service was excellent.
