“We came here for cosmic ball. The facility was very clean, and the staff was great, and I don't just mean one staff member, everybody that I came across was incredibly helpful.”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ THE SACRAMENTO RIVER CATS KNOW HOW TO DO VIP RIGHT! ⚾️?? I’ve only been a River Cats season ticket member for two years, so I definitely don’t have the seniority of some of the longtime members — but I jumped in with both feet. ? I like great seats, great service, and a true VIP experience, and the Sacramento River Cats continue to deliver. A huge part of that experience has been Austin Stabb. I’ll admit, I can be a little demanding sometimes ?, but Austin consistently goes above and beyond. He handles every request professionally, keeps a smile on his face, and always finds a way to make the experience special. That level of hospitality is becoming hard to find. If you have a little extra money to spend on entertainment in Sacramento, spend it with the River Cats. Call Austin, ask him what it takes to become a VIP member, check out the Diamond and Dugout Club experiences, and come have a great time with us! ⚾️?? The ballpark experience is outstanding. The hospitality is first-class, the staff remembers you, security treats members incredibly well, and you genuinely feel like you’re part of the River Cats family rather than just another person walking through the gate. For me, it has been one of the best entertainment values in California. You can bring family, friends, clients, employees, or business associates and know they’re going to have an amazing experience. I’ve spent money on plenty of entertainment over the years, and my River Cats membership is something I’m genuinely happy to spend money on. Austin — thank you for putting up with me and always taking care of my people! ?? And to River Cats management: whatever you’re doing with your VIP hospitality team, keep doing it. ⚾️ Sacramento River Cats ? VIP experience ? Incredible atmosphere ? Outstanding hospitality ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five stars from me. Call my boy Austin, grab some great seats, and come sit next to me. Let’s have a great time! ⚾️?”

“Room was great. Bed was comfortable, shower was hot, everything worked in the room. Hallways are rough, as the hotel is under renovation. Staff was always very polite and helpful.”

“Came here with a friend for the first time and had a great time. I scored my highest bowling score ever, so that added to my excitement! The place has a full bar and also serves a wide range of food. It tends to get packed on the weekends, so I suggest arriving a bit early. Have fun!”

“Small parking lot, trucks take up the back corners. But they have a tall underground parking spot that fits most vehicles, even slightly lifted trucks with no racks. Coffee in lobby 24/7 with computer and printer for guest use. Fast WiFi, walking distance to gas station, groceries and restaurants.”
