“I was surprised to find this store fully stocked with merchandise, neat, clean, and looking as a Penney store should. The San Bruno store is nearly empty of merchandise. I will now shop at the Salinas store, if I need need to look for anything. The shopping center, Northridge, is also quite nice too. Sort of reminded me of Serramonte shopping center in Daly City.”

And I really love those breakfast sandwiches at Starbucks. Especially the double smoked bacon. So tasty. I like the appliance section. I can find any kitchen tools I need here. The food selection is so convenient. I can do all my grocery shopping here too. And then even buy some new shirts. Love the printed tee shirts. The Christmas section is so special at Christmas. I can buy new lights to decorate the front of the house. And even buy all my gifts in the toy section. Thus store has it all.”
“I had the best experience at a shopping mall! I visited the Macy's in Salinas for the very first time looking for my favorite brand name cosmetics. All of the clerks were extremely attentive even though they appeared to be short handed. I was especially grateful to Willie in the cowboy hat who looked and looked for a Shesiedo product that apparently was discontinued. He gave me a discount coupon because he knew I was disappointed. Macy's has always been a favorite but Macy's at Salinas will stand above the rest in my mind!”
“I'm someone who took this place for granted. Always found what I needed with Big Brand names at a discount price but always fell back to Wal-Mart and Target. Never again!! I took my 14 and 8 yr old daughters and they were excited and the variety of clothing and merchandise and I was more so over the prices. If you really have some time on your hands to walk around you will or can find some real hidden gems wether it's clothes, shoes, kitchen and home supplies. With my girls it now going to be my go place! Take a look for yourself, I'm sure you won't leave empty handed.”
