“I am senior, I stopped by this Apple Store to get information regarding the newest Apple phone. The very young man who approached me and I did not even ask for his help, was talking fast explaining the difference between the 3 Apple 17 phones. I didn’t understand him, so I asked the same question again, he got testy with me and replied “I just explained this to you” I said thank you and left with no new phone. If I decide to by a new phone from this place, I want to be able to have a positive experience. I hope the store manager read this and inform his young sales people that not all seniors are stupid or hard of hearing. We’re the ones who have the means to purchase. Is it really necessary to have so many employees there. Some of them are not knowledgeable they read the info from the device itself to answer questions.”
