“My 2018 Hyundai Sonata began to shake while driving so I called Mike. As always, he was friendly and accommodating and allowed me to bring the car right in although I suspect he was pretty backed up at the moment I called.Mike and his team gave stellar service as always. Something I really appreciate is that Mike calls me every step of the way and explains exactly where we're at in the repair process and details all of the various options I have. It's evident through his actions that Mike always acts with his mind on the financial impact of every potential action during the repair process and does everything he can to save my wife and I money. I was also grateful that he provided me photos of all he did throughout the repair and was patient enough to bear with me through detailed explanations of technical automotive functions of which I have minimal knowledge if any and never talked down to me but took the time to make sure I understood what he was saying.It turned out that my car was shaking due to carbon buildup in the engine (a common issue in GDI engines like the one in my 2018 Sonata). The exhaust and intake manifold had to be dissected so that the carbon could be cleaned, and I elected to also receive a valve job to ensure maximum efficiency and longevity. Mike and his team changed the oil and even washed my car before giving it back to me and I can tell you it was not the shop's fault my car was dirty, I brought it in that way. Next level customer service.I was in quite a jam and the owner helped me out by driving my car for me to the shop while the front tire was completely gone (just rim). It was quite a scary experience.They replaced my wheels in less than a day and did not try to up-charge me for anything. “We had just flown back from Japan (4/20/22). We were very tired after a 9+ hour flight. Retrieved our car at SFO long term parking. Guess what? We were greeted by a flat tire that was caused by a large bolt right in the middle of the tread. Thank goodness repairable. Went to a Union 76 station close by, they said they were too busy. They said " try across the street " Pit Stop "". I drove across the street and they took my car in immediately, repaired the tire and adjusted the pressure in the remaining 3 tires. I was out in 15 minutes !!! What great customer service.”

“The shop was easy to contact and they responded to my email/messages quickly. They have a large shop that is well organized and clean. I was able to book an appointment the next day to get an after market part installed with a fair quote. I also did a 4 wheel alignment and the car is driving better. Minus one star for inputting the wrong car mileage into the service history. Suppose to be 62,855 miles and they wrote 102,855 which was saved into the cars service history report.”
