“Wonderful experience, pickup was quick and thorough, staffer Carrington Collins let us pick our car and he explained the features and checked it over, Nissan Rogue performed well. Return went smoothly, drove into return garage, staff checked it over and made sure we emptied it of all belongings. Took the train back to terminal. All very smooth. Thanks!”

“My experience was quite positive overall. It started off badly when I was offered a rather old Jeep Compass with about 20 scratches, but only 10 of them were recorded in the protocol. A woman from SIXT agreed to add the remaining scratches, but eventually my patience ran out, and I insisted on changing the car. The new car was a much newer GMC Terrain, which was great. Still, they shouldn’t have such junk in their fleet at all — I don’t understand why I was offered it in the first place. The guy working on the floor with the cars was great, though — unfortunately, I don’t remember his name.”
“As I walked away from dropping off the car I realized I'd left my cell phone in the cup holder. Went back, flagged down the car I thought had been mine, no phone to be found. The manager, George, was immediately helpful and had his team look for it. Within about ten minutes they found it for me.
When he handed it back I thanked him, and his response was to apologize for the wait-- the wait that only happened because of my mistake.
I really appreciate George and his team for the level of service provided.”
“We had the pleasure of working with Jaime when seeking a Toyota RAV4. We initially went there looking for a used 2023 one, but Jaime advised us that for a little bit extra, we could get a brand new 2025 one. He was very welcoming from the start and we never felt any pressure when working with him. Yosef was also helpful as he explained details clearly and, also, did not make us feel pressured. This is the second time I have been to this location for a vehicle and their customer service is what stands out the most to us.”

Staff was very friendly and competent.
The rental Ford F150 truck (Lariat edition) was comfortable and surprisingly good on fuel economy (I managed to get 20 mpg).
No issues when returning after 1 month of use.

“Enterprise has always been my rental car agency of choice. Reserving a car and picking one. up is easy and the cars are usually well maintained. I've never had a problem with them. The staff are efficient and friendly too. The only con: last time I reserved a 7 seater but when I arrived they only had 5 seaters. This caused a major disruption to my plan. Despite this, Enterprise still deserve 5 stars.”

“I deleted my last review to give 5-Stars this time instead of the 1-Star last review only for the fact that Sammy is the best representative they have. I have had 2 rentals 1st for 32 days since Sep 2 2025 and 2nd for 9 days in total will be since Oct 4 2025. Every time I call to extend for a work trip I’m on Sammy is the only one to actually assist me with the utmost respect, hospitality and friendliness.

I would have given 5 stars but right now 10/04 10:30am, I’ve been calling for over 30 minutes and twice a female voice picked up the phone and hung up. I’m a Five Star member and after this very extended trip will be President’s Circle. Since Sep 2 I’ve been extending it week by week and the older Filipino gentleman has been extremely helpful over the phone. Today as I’m trying to extend it for another week, this female employee keeps hanging up on me.”

“Sophia's customer service is absolutely outstanding! When my favorite electric vehicle (EV) wasn’t available to rent, she put me in a 2025 Toyota Camry Hybrid. I was a little hesitant to accept at first, but I ended up averaging a gobsmacking 51 miles per gallon (mpg) over nearly 1,500 miles, which made my trip to and from Crater Lake National Park so much more enjoyable. I couldn't have picked a better alternative — all thanks to Sophia.
