In example, he has personally assisted me with understanding and using online banking, with utilizing ACH automatic payments for reoccurring monthly bills, with understanding and setting up rental accounts, with successfully resolving credit card disputes, and many other areas of financial services, Jose is one of those exceptional Member Services Representatives who consistently exceeds all my expectations in the most customer focused manner possible.”

I was seen immediately by the branch manager who helped me through the process, made sure I had resources for the future and was empathetic to the feedback I shared about the online experience (and even offered to share the feedback with their fraud team on behalf). “I am rating the BOTW in San Clemente and Calistoga, and San Fransisco only. All are incredible. The staff in each location have been over the top helpful, friendly, and typically go the extra mile. Now, for the bank system and how they handle internal issues, it's an F. having dealt with an issue about fraud, the bank VIP could care less. In our case, a fraudulent company took our money for a concert and the company disappeared. They don't exist, but take the money and even answer a phone for the banks. We were out $600.00 and no apology.”
“I came here the other day, and being from Alaska I was frightened and confused by all the homeless, and their defecate. Fortunately a nice young man named Eric helped me into the building, holding my hand along the way so. I could open a savings account for my grandson. You see we don't have a problem with the homeless in Alaska, where I'm from you see, because we give everyone a PFD each year, plus they freeze.Did I mention I'm from Alaska.”

Also, I would have done it by phone but the call center rep told me I had to do it at the branch.”
“I always get here right before they close, it's such a small branch office. They are very nice and cashed my money order. It's hard to get them five stars because it's so basic here. It's convenient though even though it's in the world most dangerous parking lot.”
