“I visited this location last week for a quick Amazon return. About a year ago, my experience here wasn’t what I expected, but this time was completely different. It seems there’s new ownership, and the service has improved significantly.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They even took the time to guide me on a couple of mailers I needed to send with customized addresses.
Highly recommend their service, great customer care and a very positive experience overall.”

I originally decided to get a mailbox at this location because my mail was being stolen while living at one of the apartment complexes owned by the Irvine Company, and choosing this UPS Store was the best decision.
I've never had an issue receiving packages here. Everything is handled smoothly and securely. The team is always happy to help, answers questions without rushing you, and genuinely makes the experience easy and stressfree.
