“This UPS store is amazing. Hands down it should be the operating standard for the other disastrous locations. The Rancho Mission Viejo UPS is clean, extremely polite, helpful and just all around awesome. The owner is almost always there and he is such a nice man. I drive to this location and bypass my local UPS in SC which is so awful. Hopefully UPS acknowledges stores that are run to this standard of excellent customer service.”
