“Great place for some quality discount shoes! I’ve always had a good experience with Cole Haan. Staff is friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to find what you’re looking for. Great service! This store is stocked with outlet-quality goods as well as retail inventory—depends on the specific product. (Looking at the price tags, the one-off clearance products with a smaller discount are probably the latter, which is great if you can find your style and size). I was thrilled to find a pair of original quality golf shoes at 50% discount with the additional sale. Highly recommend!”

Cordell helped me out, and he was seriously incredible. He walked me through how different shoe styles fit, explained the differences between them, and actually took the time to make sure I found the perfect pair instead of just rushing the sale. You can tell he genuinely cares.

“This store is great. I thought I was overcharged quite a bit and misplaced my receipt. I called the store as I live far away and was not able to visit in person. The manager took her time to review the records and talk me through the transactions. It was my mistake - they did not overcharge me. Most stores would just write me off and say there's nothing they can do. But she treated me with dignity and respect. I so appreciate that quality of customer service.”
