“Ivan saved the day! We found out our old mattress was covered in mold so we needed a replacement in our new place ASAP. Being the day before Thanksgiving, I was not having much luck. Ivan turned everything around. He found the mattress I was looking for at their warehouse and arranged for me to pick it up within an hour (and hooked up the Black Friday deals). “Bought a floor lamp that needed to be assembled when I got it home it was way over my head, I came back to the store spoke with Mitchell he gladly took it to the back and had somebody assemble it. There was no charge. We buy all our lighting at lamps Plus. They have great pricing and their customer service is beyond reproach. Don't shop anywhere else.”
“Jessica is the most helpful and experienced salesperson I have met. She knew her inventory and was so helpful in selecting the right mattress for us. My husband and I both suffer from severe back problems and need a mattress that will help ease the pain. She was on it!

“We came into this location looking for a particular leather arm chair we saw on their website. We were immediately greeted by Marie, very friendly and extremely helpful. We looked around a bit unfortunately they did not have the chair we were looking for on display but Marie was able to order it for us and gave us a great deal which included delivery. The overall experience was wonderful and Marie went above and beyond to assist us in our purchase. Highly recommend this location look for Marie she is very friendly and overall just makes it easier to shop.”

“A 3rd party sells their bamboo blinds on Amazon for around $20-$22's.. in 2 diff colors. They are good quality, I must admit and the price isn't bad. I ended up buying 4 more sets after checking the first 2 out. Very cool.”
“Caryle Stein was great to work with - she was patient, helpful and not at all pushy. She offered to come to our home with samples so we could make sure the color selection worked. The sofa, love seat and recliner look great in our living room and very comfortable. It took a few more weeks to get delivery than the 8 week estimate. They delivery company was fantastic as well - professional, friendly and even gave suggestions with positioning! Definitely recommend.”

“I would go so far to say that visiting this establishment has been life changing for my husband and me. JD, the owner, met us 1 on 1 (or 1 on 2, I guess) and showed us our options, was extremely knowledgeable on all things sleep related and was absolutely no-pressure in his approach. I feel like we got an amazing deal - leaps and bounds better than the 'well known' stores around town - and we got the added bonus of supporting a small local veteran owned business. We LOVE our new sleep system (Posh & Lavish mattress + adjustable base w massage). We are slowly figuring out the settings to help us sleep best and alleviate snoring and it is going well. We haven't slept this well in a very long time. JD was extremely communicative throughout the whole process, from financing to delivery. I really cannot say enough about how happy we are with the whole experience. Do not waste your time at those other big mattress/furniture companies...THIS is the service and quality you're looking for!”

She perpetually presents new things to me when I visit, and very few times I didn't buy them because she knows what I want.. I am complimented daily on my unique wears. All of them there were so friendly and patient, also very knowledgeable about brands, what all the button and levers do and what all the different features are made for. All of the product there was super clean and extremely affordable! I found a chair I really liked that was sold, but they were very accommodating and offered to get another one for me that they had at their warehouse. I'm so incredibly thankful to them for helping me out the way they did, their dedication to helping me get the perfect chair is honestly unmatched anywhere else. 10/10!! “A few weeks ago, when receiving an Ethan Allen delivery, the delivery man noted, “you have a lot of our furniture.” I chuckled and began looking around. It was the truth. My home furnishings are not exclusively Ethan Allen, but there are indeed at least a few pieces in every room, tables, beds, benches, sofas, chairs etc. I love going to my local store and working with the design team. I am always treated so well, offered excellent ideas and never pressured to buy. The customization options offered in store are incredible and I have also had a few in-home consults over the years when needing to truly rethink a space vs. just make a few enhancements. I am very pleased with the quality of both EA products and customer service.”

“We bought two Human Touch chairs at The Healthy Back Store in Hill Crest 10 to 15 years ago, which have served us very well. Last year the engine seized on my husband's chair and we were so happy the find The Relax The Back Store in Mission Valley, and that they were able to repair his chair. This year, my chair's engine seized and once again The Relax The Back Store's technicians were able to replace the engine right in my living room! I look forward to many more years of comfort from my Human Touch chairs!”
