I was disappointed in these directions. While the search result states that this is a warehouse, there is no signage, that I could see, indicating I had arrived at Goodwill.

You have to call to see if your order qualifies for local pick up. Super easy. Very nice people.

Good, timely communications from SD team. Hats off to Mark for doing a good job. Problems happen, his courteous approach and response made a huge difference. Apathy to customers is an art and he has mastered it.
