Ibis Market is a combination convenience store and deli counter in a residential neighborhood. It is a great little market in the community with a little bit of everything. The isles have all kinds of surprises and things from other countries, great little finds that are hard to find elsewhere. The deli is perfect and specializes in delicious, fresh Mediterranean and Middle Eastern food. The house-made dishes are great. This includes incredible sandwiches made to order, like a chicken kabob sandwich that is lush and amazing, served with tzatziki sauce that is everything. The falafel plate and stuffed grape leaves are also delicious, especially with the garlic sauce. The potato salad is the best you will ever eat—smothered in olive oil, lemony, and full of huge, chunky potatoes. The people working here are the nicest staff, super friendly, cheerful, and kind. Prices are really reasonable. It is the complete opposite of a chain store and a place you would want to consistently support.

Probably one of the best little mom and pop shops around. The lovely woman who made the sandwich was super nice and the sandwich was amazing, had the turkey and roast beef. The little macaroni salad I got as a side with the sandwich was so good, I went back and purchased 4 full containers. Hoping to come back very soon!
