“When I injured myself on vacation and was going to be bed-ridden without crutches, the resort suggested I call Eric’s, which was up the street. I only had one day left of vacation so didn’t want to pay a full week’s cost plus delivery fee. Eric understood and just said I could have crutches for the last day of vacation if I could pick them up. I got a Lyft driver to do so, and otherwise got to use the crutches for free. Eric did this without any likely benefit for himself. There is essentially zero percent chance of me being a repeat customer. He didn’t ask me to write a review in exchange for the free rental.
Then, when I came to store the next day via Lyft, he asked where I was headed, and I explained I was going straight to the airport. He just gave me the crutches…and saved me a lot of inconvenience and discomfort in the airport, where I was wheeled to the gate but would have had a MUCH harder time, say, going to bathroom or getting to my seat on the plane without crutches.
In a time of monopolistic big companies taking money out of communities, we need more businesses owners like Eric to stick around.”
“There's no reason to get prescriptions filled in big stores if you're close to Regents. They're always friendly, accomodating, don't make you feel like a criminal getting your important meds, work quickly to do refills, and provide that small business feel as part of the local community. Highly recommend. Can't name a single issue after using Regents the last 4 years.”

“I had to have some oxygen equipment swapped out today. My home unit quit working. And I was having issues with my portable unit. I made a call to Kadence Healthcare. They got on it immediately and had a technician scheduled for my swap out! The tech called me with an ETA of a little over an hour. I live 60 miles east of San Diego, so of course I expected it would be awhile. The young man, Luke was the technician. Luke has been to my home before to set up equipment for me and he remembered who I was. That is something that us older folks appreciate. It makes us feel like we have made a positive impact on the younger generation. Luke brought me a brand new machine. He was sure that I would be pleased with my new equipment. He wasnt wrong either! My new machine is whisper quiet. I do love it. He was very helpful in explaining the new equipment to me and also on the use and care of the equipment. I have had other technicians out in the past, but none were as helpful as Luke has been. Thank you Luke, I hope that Kadence takes care of you and treats you well, as I will be asking for you personally if I have to have anyone out in the future. I highly recommend Kadence Healthcare. I am so specific and particular and they went above and beyond to meet my expectations. Everyone there is so nice and one of the ladies remembered my favorite scrub styles and that alone just shows me they care and are more relational than transactional. “I spoke to Susan after hours on Sunday because my father had run out of his oxygen for cluster headache treatment during the weekend, and was desperate to get it refilled, as it’s the only thing that helps with those viscous suicide headaches. She spent so much time on the phone with me, and have me so much more helpful advice than all the countless hours I had spoken to different reps previously. She knew she wasn’t going to be making a sale (at least but until I need an oxygen provider, cause then she will be number ONE) on my list), but she took the time to help me to make the best possible choices and steps in coordinating my dads care and all the logistics that come with it. That 5 minutes was worth 8 hours of speaking to other companies… some even hung up on me, it was crazy.

“Awesome customer service here! I called over the morning of my discharge from Scripps La Jolla since SLJ had run out of rental pumps. I was a mess, recovering from a cesarean, had just spent 78 days in antepartum, had a baby in the NICU, hormonal, etc so just needed the process to go smoothly. And that it did! I called over and was assured that there were plenty of pumps in stock. When I arrived, the clerk greeted me right away. I asked about insurance, etc. and got everything squared away as far as payments. She let me vent to her a little about the day I was having and displayed so much empathy. She then carried the pump out to the car for me since I couldn't lift due to my c-section. When I called later to ask for more information for my insurance, she gave me very clear instructions on who I could call to get the information I needed. It was such a seamless process and I'm so happy to have gotten my pump in a timely manner.”

“Medications are never ready on time, they tell you that your prescription is ready for pick up and when you arrive they are not ready, they keep changing the dates of the prescriptions, when you call you have to wait more than 35 minutes, they always blame the doctors office for medication not being ready, or the computer system and they even blame the insurance.... I reported to a supervisor and did no good, they will tell you it won’t happen again. I report them to the insurance and they told them the same lies, I’m reporting them to med impact and see who can help me, pharmacy’s like this one shouldn’t be allowed to be open, they should loose their license.”
“I had an issue with my shipment (it’s now figured out) and called to check in. I spoke with a customer representative in the supply department and she was amazing. Not only was she helpful but she was very kind and caring. She got everything shorted out very quickly and made sure I got continuous updates until my package was delivered. She was the best person I have ever spoken with at tandem in my almost 6 years of getting supply through tandem. Her name was Sherry. I just thought I would give her a nice shoutout because of how she handled everything.”
