He had great style and advice. They both were very helpful in getting me top to bottom decked out and looking great. I think we were in and out the door in 30 min with suit alterations marked out and dropped of to tailor. I’ll be a returning customer for sure.”

“So i got a pair of Vans for Christmas and I absolutely loved them. The only problem was I had just bought myself the same style and color. I didn't want to hurt my daughters feelings by asking for the receipt to return them so I called and spoke to Kiko, who said I could exchange them so I went in and got the other color I wanted. They had excellent customer service by the way. A female helped me when I came in. I didn't catch her name but I will definitely go back there.”

“I don’t even know where to begin with this amazing review! First of all the store has an amazing selection of clothing items and great staff! Had an excellent experience when I went there. I had bought a necklace from them that was so beautiful and it somehow got lost from the bag and the manager was so kind enough to send me another one to my house and I wasn’t even living in the area I live in Arizona. They were great communicators and super kind with their accommodations. I highly recommend shopping at the store because they just have an amazing staff and such great selection for surf wear and very high-quality clothing.”

“Was walking around the neighborhood as I work a couple blocks away and fortunately came across this store . I thought it was going to be another typical overpriced “vintage “ used clothing store and it is not .
They have so many amazing clothes and I loved how the clothes were arranged by color and garment design. I walked out with an amazing dress that is cotton ( rare to find ) for only $20 bucks . I could have definitely purchased more items but I will be back ,

“This was my first purchase from Roark (women's line). For me the number one reason I return to an online store is their customer service. Not knowing how the sizing ran I went with the models measurements along with my normal sizing. I purchased a jacket and a few other items for a trip this week. I paid for two day shipping so I would receive items in time. The small was a tad too small and needed M. I spoke to customer service online which responded right away. “I rented my wedding tux here years ago, I rented a tux for a friend's wedding last month, and towards the end of the year, I will rent another tux for another wedding. Whenever I come to the Tux Club I feel well taken care of, and you can tell that the years of experience they have will steer you correctly every time. John even had the foresight to ask what color my wife's dress would be so my pocket square could match. It ended up being commented on positively multiple times throughout the reception. I won't bother going anywhere else as long as I live in San Diego.”
