I have been trying to get a hold of someone who knows what I need. No answers, and no one takes responsibility for their mistakes. I was sold a sub standard phone and told that's what I wanted. Now I am trying to find out why my phone is not working.

Viviana the store manager was very helpful in getting my phone service switched over to Metro. The transition was a smooth. I wish my previous provider was as helpful as Viviana was while porting my number over, but that’s a different story and it explains why they’re my old service provider. Go Metro!

The young lady that helped me with my new phone dilemma is phenomenal. Not only is she very knowledgeable, but nice and polite, as well
