“These workers have amazing attitudes but this location is so hectic apparently the first Monday of the month! It takes an hour for what should be 5 minutes because they have only 2 people working and 2 systems running. Did they have to cut costs? Well if so, here’s another customer complaining that you can use as proof of it creating inefficiencies. But please don’t blame workers here who are doing their best with the people and resources they have.”
“For the two years I’ve come here, the team has been exceptional; I live a few blocks away, so it is very convenient to have this USPS here. The team here goes above and beyond; Carlos is one of the kindest employees, and his professionalism and kindness make you feel like you shouldn’t go to any other USPS but this one. For the two years I’ve shipped items from here, I have never had an issue or a return; as mentioned above, this whole team truly knows what they are doing.
Whenever I go to UPS and FedEx, I always get overcharged for small things, but at USPS, you definitely get better value and customer service.

“Exceptional customer service. The inside is very clean and all items are well and neatly stocked. The cashier was greeted customer at the door and was engaging during the transaction. They have three blue boxes outside. Some are big enough to insert a small package.”

Although I didn't catch their names, there were two incredibly kind ladies and a super kind man who helped me with buying shipping supplies and explaining the expenses. “First time visiting! Went on a busy Monday morning around 930am. I had 30 envelopes that I had to mail out for Father’s Day. I waited in a line for less than 5minutes. The postal agent took good care of each envelope printing out stamps for each one. My experience overall was good. I highly recommend this location.”
“This is a great post office! I have been coming here for a year and will continue to come here. I make frequent visits and the service is great, workers are very kind. Line gets busy depending on the time but it’s never too long of a wait.”

“I love the staff that is on this post office lobby. On the other hand most of the delivery workers are in another level of laziness. I was supposed to get a package yesterday it wasn’t delivered because it was to heavy (20 pounds) so I came to the post office to pick it up and they told me that it wasn’t here that it was out for delivery again today so I waited outside of my home so when I saw the mailman I ask him for my package then I asked him why didn’t he left it yesterday he replied “ yesterday was my day off my supervisor covered my route” so yeah complaining to a supervisor won’t make a difference because they are also lazy”

No need to give it 1 star because you can’t access it. The staff is very kind and professional. I like to go to this location because it is clean, good parking and even when busy they move the line along quickly.”
