PostalAnnex+ is a business that has received mixed reviews from its customers. While some customers report positive experiences, particularly with the manager Valerie who has been described as extremely helpful, others have had less favorable encounters.
One customer who has been doing business at this location for the past 6 years has expressed frustration with an employee named Vivian, who is said to dislike dealing with people and appears to be doing customers a favor when they ask for their packages. This customer is considering taking their business elsewhere due to the poor customer service.
Another customer had issues with the accuracy of the printing services, citing miscalculations in charges and a disagreement with the staff over the number of prints. This customer felt that the overall experience was one of the worst they had encountered, and they even offered to give the staff a gift, which was refused.
Despite these negative experiences, the business has also received positive feedback, with one customer praising the manager Valerie for her assistance in helping a new hire obtain and complete application documents, which saved the customer's company time and expense.
Overall, the reviews for PostalAnnex+ seem to be a mixed bag, with both positive and negative experiences reported by customers.
The staff is incredibly helpful, friendly, and very welcoming. You can really tell that this new crew cares about their customers and takes pride in what they do. Everyone was professional, attentive, and made the whole experience super easy.

I’ve been doing business here for quite some time now, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best places I’ve dealt with. The service has always been great, the staff is friendly and helpful, and they consistently make the experience easy and convenient. I’ve had a great experience every time.
