“I have been using this UPS location for several years and maintain a mail box there. The staff is always courteous, remembers me by name, and often goes out of the way to help even when I arrive just as they are closing. They are the only store I know that conscientiously tries to recycle used boxes and plastic packaging materials. While they may have to charge for printing labels if you do not have a mailbox there (I think that’s true for all UPS stores), they don’t if you do. And, nowadays most Amazon returns don’t need a label, just the QR code from your phone. Try to remember that the mailing of Amazon packages by a UPS store is not very profitable. I was told that Amazon negotiated such an aggressive deal that each store makes at best a couple dollars per return and more typically much less.”

“Used the notary here as well as got a box. These guys are super friendly. Every time I walk he remembers my box and grabs my packages without even having to look at my slip. Very family vibes here! Oh did I mention great prices too! Way cheaper than ups or usps. They receive all kinds of packages here. If it will fit through the door they will take it!”
“Used Box Brothers of La Jolla to go on site to take down a piece of scientific equipment and ship it to Michigan. They did a fabulous job with communication, price, and the packaging was immaculate - lots of bubble wrap, foam liners, tape, etc. Very well done. Will use again for packing and shipping from Cali.”

“Visited the other day to mail a small, simple package. There was a line/rush of people since it was Christmastime. The employee working, Carl, was very friendly and helpful and tried to help everyone as quickly as possible. I appreciate his efficiency and positive attitude. It was nice to interact with a kind person who took pride in his job and wanted to help customers, especially during Christmastime. He presented me and others with several options with different timelines, prices, and tracking options. This was definitely an easier and less stressful experience than the main post office. “Ive been recieving my mail with a box rental at this location for 5 years, enjoying 24 hour access, text notifications, and secure mail recieving. I often order Chinese electronics for electrical hobby purposes and its not unusual for a claim to made that my package was "left on the porch" or other claims. I eliminate not knowing if this is true or not and have a way to disprove statements that it was delivered. Mail is never "left" unattended and someone receives and signs for every piece of mail. My disputes are always won and refunds are sent. I have utilized their shipping, their printing, computer use and have always found them helpful and professional. There is no better place to find so many services professionally and friendly in the area. Ive never had a piece of mail lost and any need to document the reciept or non-reciept of a piece of mail is quick and easy. Every piece of mail is signed for. No porch pirates, no packages left anywhere they could be gone. Know what your facts are when you say it never arrived, and be able to prove it.”
