Make sure to make an appointment. I did not have an appointment. Karina and the rest of the service department made it happen they get me out. I dropped the truck off at 9 o’clock pm and they had it for me by 2:30 pm on Saturday. Thank you Michael.

I am a perfectionist. when it comes to Rene , it’s good to stay on top of your mileage and when it needs serviced, They get overwhelmed. I was not notified and spent quite a bit on fuel. You will not be notified. Rene and Brandon was great in the beginning doing everything he could to help me get the truck and rental agreement going with the insurance company and Rene was great after that was taken care of detailed issues with the contract and the truck. Rene Is great with detail explaining everything.”
“I was very happy with my experience renting a truck from Enterprise Truck Rentals. I made my reservation online and they called the next day to say that the 16' stake bed truck wasn't available and if I would be ok with the 20' version. They kept the price for the 16' version. Check out was easy and the staff was super helpful. They ensure that I knew how to work the liftgate prior to leaving. The truck itself was an almost brand-new F250 with just over 1000 miles on it.”

“Was a one stop shop!!! Everything was easy and made sense and there were so many things offered that actually were useful! The uhaul was easy to rent and drive and pack. The only thing I would mention and this may be due to the type of truck I got but the loading area in the back of the truck could be improved, it’s a hair too high for a single 5’6 130lb person to be able to lift things into. I needed some help but that’s not really an issue at all. That’s because I’m weak ?”

“Just finished a rental, it saved me time and cost of mileage. This is a self service 24/7 truck pick up and return location. With the mobile app and follow the instructions, it is easy to finish the process. The only downside is need a mobile phone with internet and if the mobile internet is too slow, it takes some time to finish upload the pictures during the process. Overall it is a good experience.”
