Make sure to make an appointment. I did not have an appointment. Karina and the rest of the service department made it happen they get me out. I dropped the truck off at 9 o’clock pm and they had it for me by 2:30 pm on Saturday. Thank you Michael.

I am a perfectionist. when it comes to Rene , it’s good to stay on top of your mileage and when it needs serviced, They get overwhelmed. I was not notified and spent quite a bit on fuel. You will not be notified. Rene and Brandon was great in the beginning doing everything he could to help me get the truck and rental agreement going with the insurance company and Rene was great after that was taken care of detailed issues with the contract and the truck. Rene Is great with detail explaining everything.”

“I arrived a bit more than an hour early and they worked to get me a truck before the scheduled pickup time - it took less than 15 minutes to get the truck. It had everything I asked for and I added a few things at the store. They were quite helpful and personable. This is a small set up but has everything one needs and is a short ride from San Diego airport and at the intersection of I-5 and I-8 so no matter where you are going you'll be able to hop on and go N-S or E-W.”

“Was a one stop shop!!! Everything was easy and made sense and there were so many things offered that actually were useful! The uhaul was easy to rent and drive and pack. The only thing I would mention and this may be due to the type of truck I got but the loading area in the back of the truck could be improved, it’s a hair too high for a single 5’6 130lb person to be able to lift things into. I needed some help but that’s not really an issue at all. That’s because I’m weak ?”
