The United States Postal Service (USPS) is a reliable organization dedicated to delivering mail and packages to over 157 million addresses across the country, including territories and military bases worldwide. It manages more than 30,000 retail locations and handles 47 percent of the world’s mail, continually working to improve customer experience through innovation. Customer service at USPS varies by location; some staff are very helpful, patient, and go above and beyond, such as assisting an older customer by fetching a box. Others have experienced less positive interactions, with some staff being rude or dealing with long lines and poor facilities. Parking can be challenging, especially at smaller locations in residential areas where parking spots are limited and mailboxes have been reduced, making access less convenient. Additionally, some locations lack modern amenities like checkout kiosks, resulting in long lines despite helpful staff. Overall, USPS locations offer quick and courteous service when facilities are adequate, but many sites need updates and better management to enhance customer satisfaction.
The location is small. The mailing printer was out of service. Only one employee working the counter and the line was long.

Everyone was very helpful and patient. They went above and beyond while I was there, even going to the back to grab a box for an older gentleman who was having trouble identifying the right box.

Post Office in Barrio Logan had poor customer interactions. So I went downtown where the customer service was much better. Come to find out, the first rep handled the paperwork. So effective but rude.
