I came in today to figure out why my iphone would not make noise when it rang and Johnny was right there to solve the problem. And everytime I come into the store, I always get the help that I need. Thanks for the quick fix Johnny, much appreciated.

I've been to this Verizon store many times and they have never disappointed me in their service. Most recently, I wanted to add a 4th line to my "Family Plan" and was assisted by Kyra. Again, all of the people there are very helpful, but we were really impressed by her. Kyra was kind, helpful and knowledgeable.
