“I would love to say thank you thank you thank you to the young man who helped take a look at my car when my engine light came on and he used the OD reader thingy and also check my oil.... I did not have any cash on me to give him a tip and I felt so bad when I was driving off......if I'm ever that way again I definitely will bring him something...... what a nice young man.....he just seemed happy to be a help no matter what......... “I've been getting batteries here for 20 years. Always a great experience with every purchase; never have had to do a warranty claim. Their products are very good. With high inflation causing everything to double in price, it's great to have a place that sells quality used batteries for a fraction of a new one. Everyone that works there are very helpful. They even let you use their tools if you choose to swap your batteries at their shop. Looking forward to another 20 years of great experience.”
“Stephen and Joseph saved my bacon! I was having problems with my old 12v battery and brought it in for a check. Stephen pointed out that 10 years was overdue for a battery change and he was right. I brought it in the next day and, when I tried to disconnect the connector around the negative terminal, the terminal post snapped off. Joseph helped me out with a spray acid corrosion foam spray that helped me get the connector off. Then he tracked down the right battery for me and ordered it in. I picked up the replacement battery today, and after a bit of installation, my car was back to humming along like it used to! Many thanks, Stephen and Joseph!”
“I shop for Instacart so I deal with customer service people all day. It's tough out there and lord knows it's not always easy so I don't expect much and cut everyone a break(everyone everywhere is trash tbh) But one of the gentleman who was closing Monday night by the name of Erik I believe reminded me that there is still some superstars out there. I walked in 2 min before they closed so I was expecting a hostile environment and I wouldn't have blamed them at all and would cut them some slack for it, but to my surprise it wasn't like that at all. Erik was still very polite and professional, helped me find what I was looking for and even gave me some suggestions for what I purchased. Oreillys you better make this kid a General Manager soon before he takes his talents somewhere else because someone as good as him doesn't just pop up all the time”

“This location is my closest local auto parts shop, and I come here often for minor parts and car accessories like air fresheners, car wash products, etc. The reason I come back is because i enjoy walking in and seeing everything so clean and organized every time. The floors are always literally squeaky clean. This is important to me and it keeps me coming back!! Also, i have only had good experiences with the employees there, and they always have what im looking for.”
“Great Experience! She changed my key fab battery in less than five minute after Auto Zone tried 6-8 different screw drivers and said the the screw got damaged and I should go to a locksmith or buy a new key fab. The woman is awesome!”
“Slow service on Sunday but that's how an auto parts place works. I found out that the any car battery last few months after 3 years. Make a note to yourself and check couple days before expire warranty.”
