“I've done banking here for over 5 years and have gotten 2 car loans. The credit union just moved into a very nice new building. The workers are very nice, and despite a minimal raise in service fees, the services are still very affordable. I would recommend them to anyone seeking a loan or bill payment services.”
“I love UCSCU!! My husband has been a member since the early 90s. I joined his accounts when we got married. Our kids joined as they got old enough to need their own accounts. Our youngest got a great rate on a car loan and it was super easy. We always get excellent service and we are treated very well whenever we come in. Several times I have called with a question or an issue and the staff helps me without ever treating me like an inconvenience. I love the way online services have grown over the years. I appreciate being able to zelle my rent payment and receive zelle transfers from my kids for the shared phone plan. Being a non employee, I will always miss visiting the actual Universal branch (employees only now) but Burbank has never let me down and I understand this change came from the company and not the credit union. Thank you UCSCU for being SO MUCH better that all of my previous banking experiences and giving us the resources to teach our children about banking in a safe, welcoming space!!”

“I've been with Wescom for 30 years. Been through a lot of changes in 30 years but wescom is always the same. Always nice friendly people that treat me with courtesy. I recently needed a new car and without even contacting wescom they sent me an absolutely unbeatable auto loan. “I can't say enough about my amazing experience at the Valencia Branch of California Credit Union on 4/30/2024. As a member for well over 30 years, and having visited several different branches for a variety of services over that period of time, this was one of the most satisfying. The primary reason? Melissa Salcedo. She's the branch representative who assisted me with opening a share certificate and money market account. Not only was Melissa extremely knowledgable about the products available, she professionally and efficiently communicated all details with clarity and ease. She made me feel like family. “Every time I've come to this location they have always been super friendly. I walked in last week during lunch hour and didn't have to wait in line as no one was in the bank, which was nice as I got helped right away. There is even a greeter that will welcome you in and say goodbye as you leave, and if you have any questions just walk up front and they can help you with what you need relatively quick. Also this location is in a shopping mall with plenty of parking.”

“I love this credit union. You only need $1 to join. I have been a member for almost two years now and they never have long lines or give you problems about cashing a check, etc. Most of the time when you cash a check and leave it in your account is immediately available The manager and his staff are very kind and professional. They have great interest rates on loans, bonds, RVs, houses, checking accounts, and savings. Easy free parking. I am glad I became a member. Notes: The best thing about this credit union they have a restroom for customers. Most banks do not have restrooms for customers. This gives them a big plus :)”

“Well, Vicky is a goddess. She pulled strings like no one else at year end to provide us with a very time sensitive auto loan check. Forgot to mention, we arrived with only 5 min before closing so she could have threw us out with no issue, but she didn't, she took the loan on herself and powered through a lengthy process in under 40 mins to get us the check. This was above and beyond the call, and for that we thank Vicky and the branch manager for taking care of their members. Reasons like this is why I stay with Partners Credit Union.”
“I had the occasion today to visit this branch as I did not care for the lack of courtesy that I got from my normal local Burbank branch. Straight away I was greeted with 23 ounces of respect and courtesy via a sincere how may I help you today? From this branch manager to his agents whom listened to my needs and took action to give me an update via a foreign collections matter. I left with a smile on my face knowing that they will follow through:) Easy to find parking, pleasant staff and again I was treated with a degree of courtesy which one would hope to get from their bank and where they've done business and or held an account for as long as Ive been working in the television and film industry. Looking back this same branch gave me my first loan way back when I was a runner for Epic and Vision Films in the 90s. Thus I have but good things to say and good thoughts to think of this branch and the sincere service they provide.”

“Best bank I've ever had. I've been banking here since 1995. They helped me get a small auto repair loan when I was 18 years old and ever since then they've had my back and my business. At Media City they treat you like a valued member. Since 1995 I've used them for multiple auto loans and now my home loan. What I like most about Media City is that they are nice honest people.
