“Every time I've come to this location they have always been super friendly. I walked in last week during lunch hour and didn't have to wait in line as no one was in the bank, which was nice as I got helped right away. There is even a greeter that will welcome you in and say goodbye as you leave, and if you have any questions just walk up front and they can help you with what you need relatively quick. Also this location is in a shopping mall with plenty of parking.”
“Just opened an account today at this office and the process was so easy & the customer service was beyond great! “I love this credit union. You only need $1 to join. I have been a member for almost two years now and they never have long lines or give you problems about cashing a check, etc. Most of the time when you cash a check and leave it in your account is immediately available The manager and his staff are very kind and professional. They have great interest rates on loans, bonds, RVs, houses, checking accounts, and savings. Easy free parking. I am glad I became a member. Notes: The best thing about this credit union they have a restroom for customers. Most banks do not have restrooms for customers. This gives them a big plus :)”
“I came to this bank a couple of days because I had a few questions and needed financial help. I have been a client in Logix for a few months now but second time personally going to the Porter Ranch office. Adam assisted me with everything I needed and all my questions were answered. I usually don't write out reviews but I feel that Adam needs this review. Very knowledgeable ,helpful, very professional. He had so much patience in assisting me with all the question I had and the whole time he was friendly. The only person there who seems that care about the clients. Sadly I won't be going to this location so often since I recently moved cities.”

“Well, Vicky is a goddess. She pulled strings like no one else at year end to provide us with a very time sensitive auto loan check. Forgot to mention, we arrived with only 5 min before closing so she could have threw us out with no issue, but she didn't, she took the loan on herself and powered through a lengthy process in under 40 mins to get us the check. This was above and beyond the call, and for that we thank Vicky and the branch manager for taking care of their members. Reasons like this is why I stay with Partners Credit Union.”

“I love UCSCU!! My husband has been a member since the early 90s. I joined his accounts when we got married. Our kids joined as they got old enough to need their own accounts. Our youngest got a great rate on a car loan and it was super easy. We always get excellent service and we are treated very well whenever we come in. Several times I have called with a question or an issue and the staff helps me without ever treating me like an inconvenience. I love the way online services have grown over the years. I appreciate being able to zelle my rent payment and receive zelle transfers from my kids for the shared phone plan. Being a non employee, I will always miss visiting the actual Universal branch (employees only now) but Burbank has never let me down and I understand this change came from the company and not the credit union. Thank you UCSCU for being SO MUCH better that all of my previous banking experiences and giving us the resources to teach our children about banking in a safe, welcoming space!!”
