I contacted this store to replace the display on IPhone 16 pro max, they replaced the screen in 1 hour, which I am very pleased with, I recommend.!

I’m kind of surprised to see this store has so many negative reviews. I’ve been here a couple times and my personal experiences has been pretty good while it might be. Their selves team are pretty good. Maybe some issues with the Service part I’m not sure but their sales person are very responsive and kind and helpful

Very convenient and helpful, but the Union Square Apple Store is my favorite. Very good classes here.
