“Mateo was my hero on a dark and stormy night. My windshield wipers got tangled on the freeway and stopped working, which was pretty terrifying. After several minutes of trying to wrestle them back on myself, I decided to go to O’Reilly’s to get a replacement set. Good thing cuz one was completely warped and required a screwdriver to pry off. This is the last time I’m using high school mobile detailers (who didn’t even clean between the seat and middle console!).
Anyway, Mateo was awesome, knowledgeable and even offered to help me swap the bum wipers out in the rain. He was friendly and honest, letting me know how I might be able to get a warranty in case there might be an issue with these new blades a year later (just need the invoice #). So grateful O’Reilly’s is even open late til 9pm! Great community resource!”
“Unexpectedly needed to replace the battery in my car this past weekend. The first person I spoke to when I entered the store was Roberto, and he immediately jumped into the steps it would take to help me out. He said that I was lucky because he was supposed to leave an hour earlier and that there were extra set of hangs to help that evening.
The only annoying part was that my car was parked upstairs, after meticulously going through a tiny passage into the garage, and he told me to bring it back down to the street level, where there was absolutely no parking. I ended up situating in front of the blue space reserved for disabled drivers, thankfully no one needed to pull into it during the time it took Roberto to replace my battery.
He was quick as it looked like this was the three thousandth time he had done this that day. He was also thorough, as he had performed a courtesy check on my alternator, which turned out okay.
The only negative thing was having to bring down my car back down to the street level, as it seemed there was plenty of room in the upstairs garage to perform the battery change. Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars!”
“I don’t find myself in O’Reilly’s often but today I cleaned my car and needed a cherry scented air freshener asap. As soon as I stepped in I was greeted by the gentlemen in the store. They were respectful, professional, knowledgeable and patient. Shout out to Santino who provided 10/10 EXCELLENT customer service. Great shopping experience. I will definitely be coming back here.”
“My family has been doing business at this location for over 50 years. The name has changed several times but the quality of service has not. Oscar can check your vehicle's electrical output and they will remove and install a new battery at a cost less than the purchasing price at any auto suppliers.
