Second or third time at this location but Ganchana was great. Even though the exact bag (size/model/color) I wanted wasn't available/sold out she was able to help me find an alternative. She was friendly, patient and helpful. The store is mostly items for women, the first floor has bags, accessories, scarves, jewelry etc.
