Fatted Calf is an amazing find in the Ferry Building, known for absolutely the best roast beef and sandwiches like ham with truffle butter and porchetta. The porchetta sandwich is very tasty with fresh porchetta and unique veggies. They offer a vast array of gorgeous butchered items, including excellent duck legs and fennel sausage, with quality ingredients that make all the difference. The homemade charcuterie is very good and the bread is also good. It is a great lunch spot with delicious sandwich options and soup, plus other things to purchase. Service ranges from great and very friendly to occasionally less than charming. The experience offers excellent value for the quantity and quality.
Excellent charcuterie selection and a great jambon beurre - although I was not happy to be paying $18 for it!

Everything looks good and i will be back because this roast beef is one of the best deli meats ive ever had im mind blown and the texture of the fat and the meat. The flavour... i wont stop thinking about it surely the best roast beef of my life

Wonderful service and thoughtful to help with meat selection- the brisket was awesome - slow cooker for 8 hours and it melted in your mouth!
