“Purchasing meat from the neighborhood butcher is one of tbose things you dont understand the value of until it becomes an option. I spent most of my life buying frozen beef and chicken from big box supermarkets. It was not until I moved to the city that I understood the value of purchasing meat that wasnt frozen, and bought perhaps half an hour before I'm ready to marinate. Nothing to thaw, meat that starts out ready to absorb the marinade and ends up cooked so juicy and moist, last time I i tried to pull a drumstick, the bone stayed connected but that meat just slid right off.. and that taste? So AMAZINGLY flavorfull. I cant even look at meat at a big box store anymore.”
