Fruit Barn is a local produce store that regularly exceeds expectations. The store is well organized, immaculate, very clean, and beautifully laid out after a nice remodel. It carries a diverse and amazing selection of fresh produce, from common items to harder to find produce like Gai Lan and Nopales, as well as dry goods. The prices are always very inexpensive, reasonable, and deeply discounted during super-sales, making quality food affordable. The staff and family are super friendly, happy to help, and care about their clients, taking requests for items to stock. It is a great addition to the neighborhood and well worth a trip to support this local small business.
I don't need much from a local produce store but this place regularly exceeds expectations. They have delicious baklava! And Kewpie mayo! And sprouts! And the produce are always very inexpensive.
