“This place has a nice selection of vegan mock meats. I usually drive to Daly City to do a huge haul for mock meats. At the time I shopped there, it was cash only, not sure if they take cards now.”
“This is an awesome family-owned grocery store if you're looking for international ingredients: East Asian, Southeast Asian, South Asian, Mediterranean, African. If they don't have what you're looking for, they take requests and might just be able to help you!
Some things I've been getting here that have been hard to find elsewhere: pandan leaves, kaffir lime leaves, galangal, Thai basil, lemongrass, Thai chili (chili padi/bird's eye chili), century eggs, a huge array of Japanese noodles like somen and udon, harissa. And I feel like I discover more ingredients every time I visit!”

Friendly & Helpful Staff: The staff of Han Hing Herb Co. are friendly and helpful. We were warmly greeted upon our arrival and departure and had such a pleasant experience. Great Recommendations: My dad's allergies and asthma has been negatively affecting his well-being. We have been to our local clinic and hospital multiple times, but have had no luck with Western medications alleviating his symptoms. The staff's recommendations of herbs and goods have drastically mitigated my dad's negative health symptoms. I suggest being as specific as possible to what is occurring to receive the best recommendation :D Affordable Prices: Prices are affordable, especially for San Francisco. Parking: Parking can be challenging despite there being meters along San Bruno Avenue. I have the best luck with parking in the public metered lot around the corner of Walgreens, which is about half a block walk from Han Hing Herb Co. Acupuncture: In addition to herbs and alternative medical goods, there is acupuncture services here as well. COVID-19 Precautions: Staff and customers wear face masks. Due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, customers place their order at the door and staff bring the requested items.”

“I was so happy to find great vegan sushi options here! If you don't see the vegan sushi in the display case, just ask the chef! They’re happy to make it fresh for you. Everything was delicious, and it's nice knowing there are made-to-order vegan choices available. If you're an Amazon Prime member, Fridays are an even better time to visit since they offer a buy-one, get-one 50% off deal. Definitely worth checking out if you're craving vegan sushi! “I always come in here to get protein powder and pre-workout. Great selection and they’re always doing some type of promo so you can try all different types. Juan is awesome. He answered a ton of questions for me and gave me some great recommendations on protein powders.

“I love the grocery store here but one time when I was getting to my car. One guy go toward me so fast and almost attacked me. Good things I jumped into my car and locked it right away. He turned and walked right away. Please have security guard at the parking place to be customer safe. I used to go there every week but now I’m so afraid to go there.”
