Having stayed at many Grand Hyatt hotels around the world, I would say that Grand Hyatt San Francisco has the best location that provides an easy access to the center of the city. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and willing to help. Its breakfast buffet was good but not impressive, though.

We stayed 8 nights at this hotel. We found it convenient to a lot of places we wanted to visit. They offer a lot of great amenities and higher floors have fantastic views. Staff were all very helpful and professional.
Update: Liz at the concierge desk was phenomenally helpful to us.
