The Greyhound office in San Francisco is located downtown on the third floor of the Salesforce Transit Center, directly at the bottom of the escalator near orange walls. The location is great, clean, and has easy access with restrooms and security. The bus service is affordable, with quick rides to destinations like Sacramento and Chico. The Transit Center itself is excellent for pick up and drop off. However, some feel very unsafe at night and note a need for more police presence and people to help guide passengers during late hours. The office team helps plan smooth, comfortable, and budget-friendly bus journeys, offering easy bookings and travel tips for weekend getaways or longer adventures.
1st time taking Greyhound Bus early in the morning before it left at 6:30 am. The bus driver was nice & the seats were great with a phone charger outlet or for a laptop. The bus ride was good & it stopped at Oakland on the way to Sacramento

Greyhound is on the 3rd floor. If you see bays 1-7 go down the the escalator. Orange walls, you're in the right place. The Greyhound office is directly at the bottom of the escalator.
