“I gotta say that I agree with many of these negative reviews and sure its a real pain in the ass sometimes. But I recently had an interaction with a representative and I didn't have any issue whatsoever getting ahold of a real voice, and the young lady that helped made the transaction fast and easy. as well answered some questions about FT. So far we haven't had any issues with this agency but it would be really nice if they could step up the ease of payment for those without the FT transponder especially as we leave the country A LOT and spend months out. just saying.”

“Dear AirChina Airlines,
I had the very best customer service experience with your Airlines. Gate agent, rep Cindy who gave me tremendous support while using the 240 free travel hours while traveling to China.
Thanks to Cindy & Kumar I was able to board my AirChina flight to Beijing as planned due to Cindy brilliant guidance. Rules for traveling on the 240 Visa Free to China, Cindy explained, that I needed to book another country
(onward) plane ticket, traveling to another third world country.
I expedited booking onward travel to Hong Kong, then showed the confirmation flight to Cindy, within 15 minutes of the flight doors closing, Cindy was able to get me on the original planned flight without any delays. Thanks Cindy for excellent service.
